Last night, we saw it recognised in the best possible way.

Missy Clements, our Client Experience Director at 7DOTS, was named in the BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) 100.

She deservedly earned her place by showing up, every single day, with energy, clarity and intent.
By driving meaningful change for clients. By championing her team.
By making the work better, and the people around her stronger.

She’s not just brilliant at her job.
She also works tirelessly to support and promote women.
Always lifting others as she goes.

She leads with smart thinking, deep care, and an endless drive to do the right thing.
We’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of our leadership team,
and I'm even luckier to call her a friend.

Huge thanks Missy, for everything you do.
You’re a force for good in the world.
