Customer-centricity isn’t a principle.
It’s a practice.
Which is why I'm really proud to share this one.

It’s easy to say you’re putting the customer first.
Much harder to embed it across every decision and touchpoint.
That’s what made this project with Sure so special.
From first conversation to final launch, the question we kept coming back to was: “Does this make life simpler, clearer, better for the customer?”
Together, we:
→ Developed customer experiences personas, from real user insights
→ Set and shared a clear north star for everyone to aim towards
→ Built guiding principles into every design decision
→ Worked hand-in-hand with Sure’s teams to reduce delivery risk
→ Delivered a digital experience that’s intuitive, scalable, and future-ready
Early results:
→ Increased online ordering and conversion rates
→ Higher satisfaction across key journeys
→ Reduced time to provision services
→ Better ability to upsell and cross-sell
→ Lower operational overhead, with room to grow
But most importantly, it feels enjoyable and easier for the people using it.
It couldn’t have been achieved without the incredible people at Sure, EXOS and 7DOTS, all working closely together.
