Will AI take my job?
This chart provides some interesting answers to that question.

But it also tells us something far more interesting...
Anthropic analysed millions of real AI conversations at work and mapped what AI can theoretically do versus what it's actually being used for.
The gap is still pretty huge.
Take computer and math roles. According to Anthropic, AI can theoretically cover 94% of tasks. In reality, it covers 33%.
Legal, finance, management - same story.
And 30% of workers have zero AI coverage at all.
I don't think this is a jobs crisis. It's an adoption crisis.
The businesses we work with aren't struggling because AI is too powerful. They're struggling because they don't know where to start.
There's fear, lack of training, and there are leadership teams still waiting for someone to help them move the needle.
The companies pulling ahead right now aren't the ones with the best tools. They're the ones who've actually helped their people use them.
If you're worried about AI taking your job, I'd worry more about working somewhere that's ignoring it completely.
Where does your company sit? Ahead of the curve or waiting to get started?
