Think big, start small, act now - a simple framework for getting the right things done.
Everyone feels busier than ever. More demands, more messages, more output expected faster just to keep up.

It's easy to blame technology. And technology is part of the problem. We're more accessible than ever before, and AI raises the bar on speed and output. So the treadmill gets faster.
But I don't think technology is the root cause.
The real problem is older than that. Most of us aren't intentional enough about what we're actually trying to achieve.
Most people wake up, open a long list of tasks, and dive in. More things arrive through the day. You jump between them. Your week disappears and it feels like nothing meaningful got done.
I'm as guilty of this as anyone, but now I'm trying to be a bit more deliberate and anchor everything to intention as follows:
Think big: What's the big outcome you're trying to reach, and why does it matter to you? Not necessarily something grand. It could be a company objective, a team goal, a personal priority.
Start small: What are the next concrete steps that move you toward that outcome?
Act now: Find one thing you can do today, however small. Progress is progress.
Once that structure is in place, technology becomes genuinely useful. It accelerates your progress toward the thing that matters, rather than adding noise to an already reactive day.
Intention is the thing. Without it, every demand that comes your way controls your direction.
