# Many business leaders I speak to say the same thing about “AI”.

They are annoyed, frustrated and unsure on how to use it effectively.

Part of the problem is that the hype treats “AI” as one single thing.

In reality, there are different areas of “AI”, including Gen AI (new), Machine Learning (ML) (decades old), LLMs, Predictive LI, automation workflows, AI agents... To name but a few.

All solve different problems.

The clarity comes from knowing what to use where, when and why.

The magic comes from using them together (if appropriate).

I see too many influencers selling false promises, charging a fortune for a presentation, and companies wasting budget chasing after shiny use cases.

In the meantime, some teams are quietly working on practical, value add applications, that actually support their wider strategy.

When I sit down (or stand up) this is what I talk people through.

Plain English. No hype. No added confusion.
Instead clarity on what the technology is and where it can be used strategically to deliver results.

I don’t charge to have a chat like this.
I just want to help people navigate technology effectively.

The work follows if we can add genuine value.

If you or your team would benefit from a grounded conversation about what’s actually worth doing with AI, drop me a message and I’d be happy to chat.
