Is it just me, or is UK business getting it's spark back?

Last night at the Business Leader Growth 500 event it definitely felt like it.

It was brilliant to attend the event and celebrate the exciting things that are happening, right here, right now, across the UK.

I attended with Vicki, from Nalla, a brilliant brand agency we partner with.
It was a great reminder that brilliant outcomes seldom come in isolation.

Growth requires collaboration, ambition and a shared vision.

Whilst of course there are many challenges, three things stood out to me:

  • Confidence is returning and that's 80% of the challenge.
  • Despite the noise, many companies are growing and looking to invest.
  • Partnership with other companies is key to building momentum.

It was really lovely to be in a room with so many interesting people. To have honest and open conversations, and to spark some ideas for exciting work in the future.

I'd love to hear if other people are getting a sense of this right now as well?
