AI is replacing jobs" may be the headline we keep seeing.

But it's refreshing to see it's not the whole story.

Klarna made waves in 2024 when they stopped hiring humans, and turned to AI.

But... they've gone back on that decision.
It turns out their customers want to deal with real people at key moments.

Something we can all relate too.

It's easy to focus on efficiency and cost saving.
But it's much harder to make that work - to build connection and trust.

I find this both refreshingly honest and quietly reassuring.

AI is definitely changing how we work.
But it doesn't replace the need for human connection, intuition and care.

Technology should create more of these moments, not remove them.
Especially in moments when nuance matters.
